9/15 Alb--The first to staff a southern NM office for Senator Udall, Xochitl Torres Small is not new to working with Washington.
Currently a lawyer who works on water issues, she wants to get away from factions in DC to work on water issues, health care, immigration, and guiding constituents. Torres Small has been endorsed by Emily's List, a national organization that supports pro-Choice women.
