New Mexico has a pretty lousy business relationship with Mexico. Despite its ideal location right on the border, the state ranks 38th among U.S. states in trade with its neighbor. That's a fact not lost on the business community in southern New Mexico, where an industrial revolution of sorts is slowly taking shape.
