Sat. 1/23 12:30p Join Taya Jae as she talks with fiber artist Juna Rosales Muller about her work entitled Mending Patriotism; a project which endeavors to creatively reconstruct the conversation around border crossing, migration and global belonging.  Juna’s work will be featured alongside 12 other artists as part of 516 Arts upcoming show, At Home in the World. The show, which opens on February 6th from 6-8 pm, explores concepts of place and individual sense of belonging through a variety of mediums and dialogues. Juna will be offering a workshop entitled Mending Patriotism on February 2nd from 1-4pm at 516 Arts, located at 516 Central Ave SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The workshop will explore some of the themes discussed in the interview, including our interconnected political, social and economic belonging.
