Las Vegas, NV – In the last two decades, the Bureau of Land Management has given out more than 74,000 permits to drill for oil and gas on public land. Solar companies have gotten nine permits. Now the Obama Administration is trying to even the field. It's proposing solar zones across the southwest. From the Changing America Desk in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jude Joffe-Block reports.
