Wed 6/7, 1:30p: Carol Boss welcomes The NM Peace Choir who will perform in KUNM's Studio A.  An inclusive choir formed to inspire peace and joy and help raise social awareness, they will be representing the U.S. at The World Peace Choir Conference in Vienna this July.

Women's Focus Sat. 3/25, 12p: Carol Boss welcome Kristina Jacobsen, a musician and assistant professor at UNM, who examines questions of Indigenous identity and performance in her new book which focuses on the vibrant Navajo country music scene. Two of the women featured, Chucki Begay and Candice Craig, join us for conversation and live music.

Wed 2/1, 1:30p: Carol Boss welcomes singer-songwriter Cidny Bullens to Freeform where he will perform live in the studio. He'll also talk about his solo multimedia autobiographical show in Albuquerque this week at the Q Solo Festival at Aux Dog Theater in which he chronicles his transition from female to male. 

Sat. 1/28, 12p. : Join Carol Boss on Women's Focus and meet several women who were part of the New Mexico contingent at the Women's March on Washington. Some of them traveled 36 hours by bus to be part of this historical event.  They'll talk about the impact on them personally as well as the larger picture with ideas and plans for what comes next .
