KUNM is thrilled to join thousands of organizations across the globe participating in Giving Tuesday on December 3, 2019 - the largest giving day of the year! KUNM wants to improve our broadcast service and has set a goal to raise $15,000 in just 24 hours to replace the Studio Transmitter Link (STL).
Help us modernize the over-the-air microwave link we use to connect our broadcast studios at UNM to our mountain-top transmitter on Sandia Crest. This link costs around $15,000.00 and is critical for connecting us to you and to the many communities we serve in New Mexico. Our old link is more than 16 years old - so it is high time we modernize to serve you with the best programming possible.
