Carol also talks with New Mexico residents who are traveling to and volunteering at the border assisting with Central American migrants.
The Clean Energy Conference in Santa Fe is on Monday, January 28 from 2-9pm. Opening speakers will present a vision for New Mexico and the planet. Participants can also learn how to be effective grassroots lobbyists. The evening keynote speakers are New Mexico journalist Laura Paskus and Goldman Environmental Prize winner Destiny Watford.
