Jazz Brasileiro

Feb 13, 2014

In November of 2013 Albuquerque's Jazz Brasileiro returned to play live on KUNM, but this time with a difference.  The working duo of Debo Orlofsky (vocals) and Toney Cesarano (guitar) were for this Studio A recording joined by John Bartlitt on drums and David Height on bass in Studio A with Roman Garcia at the controls.

With membership in local groups Shades of Tjader, Alpha Blue, The Rebbe's Orchestra, Saudade, Folked Up, Tijerina, & Enchantment (for starters), this seasoned ensemble gave us a lush if all-too brief tour of Brazilian classics.

Find Jazz Brasileiro's CD & schedule on Reverb Nation.
