Mon. 2/5, 7:30p: Interview and live performance by flamenco guitarist Juani de la Isla. From the Island of San Fernando (Cádiz, Spain) a place known as the cradle of late Flamenco vocalist Camarón de la Isla, Juani de la Isla has accompanied renowned flamenco singers such as José Mercé, Chato de la Isla, Juan Villar among others. He has composed music for the flamenco dance company of Cristina Hoyos. In this show, you´ll listen to his fine guitar and a conversation about his own compositions for his new solo album "Libertad en mis manos" ("Freedom in my hands"), co-hosted by Cristina Baccin and Bobby Gutierrez.
