Join us in the parking lot of our favorite local brewery to meet the RGFP staff team, Board of Directors, community partners and sponsors. At 10:00am, enjoy a short program with guest speakers to learn more about RGFP’s hunger relief and prevention work, then lace up your sneaks to walk, hike, run, or bike a 5.5 mile loop trail (or shorter) along the beautiful Bosque Trail. This is a family friendly event, and the trail is stroller and dog friendly.

RGFP’s Hike to End Hunger campaign gathers, educates, and motivates our community around food accessibility for all. All funds raised go towards critical food assistance and hunger prevention programming for thousands of individuals and families struggling to make ends meet. The Hike gathers community leaders, volunteers, donors, corporations, organizations, and families to raise awareness and funds in the spirit of promoting food security by addressing the causes and effects of hunger and food insecurity in our city.
