What inspires you to move?

Class will begin with an unctuous, accessible and full body functional warm up that will activate, strengthen and prepare the body to move virtuosically, Drawing from our residency process we will guide participants in an improvisational task of determining what immaterial and material things make us feel safe and protected versus uncomfortable or alienated.
Class will culminate with the creation of a phrase that represents our own individual
Golem and an improvisational movement game of our Golems dancing together.
