White House Picks Choctaw Nation To Fight Poverty In Oklahoma
The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is one of the first five groups to benefit from a new federal anti-poverty program called "Promise Zones," which also include communities in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Antonio and southeastern Kentucky.
