NM Folk Music and Dance Society (FolkMADS) is hosting a Costume Party Family Dance, October 18th, 10:30am - 12:30pm at the Albuquerque Square Dance Center. Family Dances are like Barn Dances--fun and easy group dancing, great for all ages, and no experience is needed to have fun! All FolkMADS events are Pay What you Want ($10-20 suggested per family). Our amazing caller Erik Erhardt will lead dances and The Central Avenue String Band will provide the tunes! Wear your kid and dance friendly costumes and come enjoy dancing, music, intergenerational community, and some special spooky surprises! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
