EAA Chapter 179 invites the public and all aviation enthusiasts to attend the Land of Enchantment Fly-In (LOEFI) on Sep 23, 2023 at Double Eagle II airport (KAEG, on the west mesa). Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
– Walk among the many aircraft on the ramp - amateur built, vintage, military, ultralight, sailplanes, and many production aircraft. Plus expect custom cars, military vehicles, and more.
– Attend seminars on aviation topics, and WINGS seminars for pilots.
– Vote for your favorite airplane - People’s Choice. And see aircraft awarded Best of Category for Plans Built, Kit Built, Contemporary (1971-present), Classic (prior to 1971), LSA/Trike, and Warbird.
– Participate in aviation oriented activities for kids (and adults) and shop in our Fly Mart.
– Visit the many aviation oriented exhibits representing New Mexico aviation organizations & vendors.
– Enjoy live music and satisfy hunger pains at food trucks for breakfast and lunch.
