WHAT'S ON TAP THIS MONTH?
The search for life elsewhere is often what first comes to mind when the topic of planets around other stars (exoplanets) comes up. Dr. Diana Dragomir,
Assistant Professor in the UNM Department of Physics and Astronomy will show you the wonders we have learned - and continue to discover - about exoplanets, aside from looking for signatures of life: hot Jupiters, lava planets, super-Earths, and more. Dr. Dragomir will conclude her presentation by discussing how exotic
exoplanets can help answer the big question: are we alone?

Join us on Friday, May 5th at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. Doors open at 5:30 pm The presentation begins at 6 pm and ends at 7 pm.

Admission is $5 per person, and you must be 21 years to attend. Admission will provide each guest with one beer ticket. Guests can purchase additional drinks. IDs are required. Please drink responsibly. Event tickets can be purchased in advance below, or they can be purchased the night of the event at the door.
