OT in Native American Communities

Terri Abraham is a member of the Laguna Pueblo and is a licensed pro-fessional clinical counselor. She has worked in the field of disability, often within tribal programs, since 1973. In this podcast, she shares her experiences working alongside occupational therapists within Native American communities. She talks about how occupational therapy can benefit Native American communities, what she has learned from oc-cupational therapists, and how occupational therapists can improve their services to Native American communities
