Our own NMSU Department of Art professor Tauna Cole will share her practice in this workshop highlighting breathwork as a source for visualizing imagery and using the medium of watercolors to create. This workshop will demonstrate different breathing techniques to take us inside ourselves, bringing awareness to the body, allowing for deeper visualization. These moments will be an opportunity for demonstrating individuality, connection and creating images that can be considered a genuine expression of the moment.
