The Albuquerque Concert Band invites you to join as we celebrate our 2026 Bruce Kroken Scholarship Award Winner!

Each year a $1500 award presented to a New Mexico high school senior who is involved with their school's music program. The winner must perform a solo with the band and continue with music in some form at the college level.

We are pleased to announce that this years winner is Eldorado HS senior Dylan Dencklau! Dylan is a clarinet player and plans to attend UNM. He will pursue degrees in Music and Mechanical Engineering.

Come on out and support Dylan and your local musicians!
