You Are Invited to a Storytelling Concert!
Storytellers of New Mexico (STNM) invites you to a evening of heart-warming stories in honor of World Storytelling Day and the Spring Equinox. Oral storytelling is tens of thousands of years old, surviving through its deeply satisfying power to unite and entertain. Every year we story lovers choose a concert theme through an international voting process. This year's theme is Light in the Darkness. Tellers are gathering to tell their artful tales as the Earth revolves toward the Sun to receive the dawning Spring! On March 28th, tellers who have traveled through many storied lands, are offering their story gifts to you.
STNM is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit charitable organization, partnering with The Adobe Theater to produce this event as a fundraiser for KUNM 89.9 Public Radio to enable the station's continuing efforts to broadcast news, music, and other community information.
