Toast to the holiday season in effervescent style at Corn Maiden during the Sparkling Wine Celebration on Sunday, December 21, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Guests will delight in a festive tasting of sparkling wines ranging from crisp and refreshing to rich and aromatic, each poured with insights into its origin and character. To complement every sip, the culinary team will present chef-crafted tasting plates designed to enhance the vibrancy and elegance of each glass. This community of practice emerged as a direct result of Prospera Partner’s Disrupting the Path: A New Way Forward for NM's Social Sector conversations where attendees expressed the desire for more opportunities to connect with other nonprofit organizations and of course, the people working within them. It’s more important than ever to stay connected to community!

Join the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History to meet Francis Gary Powers, Jr., author of "Spy Pilot" and son of the U-2 spy pilot, for a special screening of Bridge of Spies (rated PG-13) at the museum.
The doors will open at 5:30 PM, and Francis Gary Powers, Jr., will speak briefly about his father's life and experiences in Cold War espionage. The movie, Bridge of Spies, starring Tom Hanks, will then be shown, followed by Q&A and a book signing by Francis Gary Powers, Jr.
