KUNM Call In Show Thu. 10/16 8a: Tucked amid the items on the November 4th general election ballot are 5 proposed constitutional amendments and 3 general obligation bond questions New Mexicans will be asked to vote on statewide.

If you're in Bernalillo County, you'll be asked to vote on two advisory questions - whether you favor a one-eighth percent gross receipts tax for mental health services, and whether you favor the County Commission supporting marijuana decriminalization efforts.  In Santa Fe County, you'll also find an advisory question regarding marijuana decriminalization.

What will be the effect if the constitutional amendments and bond issues receive enough voter support for approval or passage?  And if the advisory questions also demonstrate voter support?  Join us as we discuss the details of the "other questions" on the upcoming general election ballot.

We'd like to hear from you! Email callinshow@kunm.org, post your comments online or call in live during the show.
