It sounds intuitive, but the numbers are stark. The unemployment rate last month for people with a college degree stood at a modest 4 percent. Of course, it gets worse -- a lot worse -- for workers without a high school diploma. A report out today from the Brookings Institute shows that group's jobless rate is 15 percent.
