The renowned Flamenco company, Jesús Muñoz Flamenco, based out of Albuquerque, is presenting its 7th annual summer series at Flamenco Works’ Downtown tablao. This stunning 104-year-old venue stands as a vibrant community hub, offering lively dance classes and dynamic, artistically captivating performances. This summer, we will feature an outstanding roster of artists from both Spain and the United States.

For the past seven years, Albuquerque residents and visitors alike have eagerly awaited the unique choreographies and original compositions that Jesús Muñoz Flamenco creates for their June season. Curated by the Indigenous Design + Planning Institute at The University of New Mexico, “Restorying Our HeartPlaces: Contemporary Pueblo Architecture” showcases a near-present history of the architectural sovereignty that emerged after the 1975 Indian Self-Determination Act. This exhibition focuses on the work of Pueblo architects while representing design concepts from regional ancestral sites that continue to influence 20th and 21st century Pueblo architecture. It will be on view in the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center’s South Gallery from March 25 through December 7, 2025

A non-profit run growers' market, originally established in 2014 by volunteers and neighborhood residents, celebrating all things local and at the heart of New Mexican culture. We are much more than your typical farmer's or grower's market; every Sunday you can peruse 100's of New Mexico's finest food, farm, artisan, and healing vendors, hear live musicians, and come away enriched from our educational and demonstration zones for kids and adults! Every Sunday is a different theme with different activities and vendors you wont want to miss. All located at The Rail Yards in the historic Barelas neighborhood in the heart of our City!
Harwood Art Center is pleased to present SURFACE: Emerging Artists of New Mexico and Oops, Blurt by Inga Hendrickson. SURFACE is an annual juried exhibition, endowed awards and professional development program presented by Harwood Art Center, to support the creative and professional growth of emerging artists and to expand their visibility and viability in our community. curated through an open call application; as of this year, the program has served 156 exceptionally talented, committed artists, including the 15 we accepted for 2025.
This year’s SURFACE exhibition in Harwood’s Hall Gallery features Benjamin Tobias, Chris Kemler, Christine Sullivan, Desara Boehm, dylan lilla, Geo Evans, Jared Putnam, Latasha Hagan, Linden Eller, Marie-Pier Frigon, Maya Perez, Ocelotl Mora, Olivia Berkey, Roxanne Márquez and Yu Yan.
Gallery Hours are Thursdays - Saturdays from 10am-3pm.

Inga Hendrickson received the SURFACE Harwood Art Center Solo Exhibition Award in 2024, presented annually for artistic excellence, originality of vision and dedication to practice. This year, her awarded solo exhibition Oops, Blurt will run concurrently with SURFACE: Emerging Artists of New Mexico in Harwood’s Front Gallery.

Join us for a day of faith, fellowship, and festivities! Whether you are new to St. Elias or this is your homecoming, this Feast Day is a joyful occasion for ourcommunity to come together and experience the vibrant traditions of Orthodox Christianity. Begin the day with Orthros (morning service) at 9AM and Divine Liturgy at 10AM, showcasing Byzantine chant and officiated by Father Seraphim. After services, the church will remain open to view the incredible iconography. From 12-2PM, enjoy a feast of Greek cuisine, from savory lamb and potatoes to lighter fare. From 1:30-3PM, celebrate the vibrant culture of Greece with music and traditional folk dancing.
