  • It was at The College of Santa Fe where these artists got their first taste of Central European vocal traditions, and since then they have dug both deep and broad to find new regions and languages to add to their spellbinding repertoire. This visit to KUNM finds the quartet performing songs from their 2024 album "Beneath Roses" and discussing the unique power of this music with DJ Leah.
  • Damn Tall Buildings
    This week on Afternoon Freeform, Brando had the good fortune of catching up with Brooklyn-based roots/americana trio, Damn Tall Buildings, ahead of their ABQ/SF shows. Check out their live, in-studio performance and interview, where they go deeper into the origins of the group, and how they blend the bluegrass tradition with a contemporary vibe.
  • This veteran quartet built their audience playing venues in the EastMountains, and while they became known for their covers, it's theiroriginals that mark them as something special.
