She answered, “I think it is something that is part of human sexuality and a part of something that perhaps should be taught.” Days later she was forced to resign for her comment.

Thurs. 4/26 1:30p. Thursday April 26th marks the opening of the 35th Annual Gathering Of Nations Pow Wow in Albuquerque. It is the largest event of its kind in North America, dedicated to celebrating and sharing indigenous culture. Join Afternoon Freeform host Brandon Kennedy as he welcomes local native performers into the KUNM studios for live performance and conversation. Guests include Colleen Gorman, DDAT, JJ Otero, Sunburnt Stone and Nizhoni Girls.
