Vaivén is a Flamenco trio consisting of Albuquerque guitarist/composer Calvin Hazen with Santa Fe stalwarts John Gagan and Robbie Rothschild. For this visit, the as-yet unrecorded Vaivén performed as a duo.

This session recorded April 29, 2015 features Albuquerque's ballad archaeologists Hongell-Darsee performing songs from their CD "The Wandering Ballad" along with new work from the upcoming Mountain King project.

Until now, award-winning Santa Fe songwriter Kito Peters had been joining us as a solo performer for "Ear to the Ground." For this week's feature he brings multi-instrumentalist (and co-producer) John Kurzweg to perform songs from the new CD "Design Flaw."
